This place is awesome. So friendly, helpful.Got a quote via email quickly, called in my card and it was ready next day.They open at 8am so great for timing pickup on your way to a job. Parking is easy and free on their property off Walnut and the quality of the customCuts was perfect. No chipping or rough edges.Will use again. Price, speed and convenience is all there!

At first my experience was good. I ordered two sheets of plexiglass and paid for them with my card. I was told to pick them up the next day. So I drove from Brampton to Hamilton, got the truck ready for pickup. The workers were ready to load the truck. When a little man came out and told me that I can't take it like this, they have to deliver it, for a charge obviously, plus the skid it comes on. So after a $260 extra charge. I called back and canceled the order with a nice lady. To which she replied, no problem, all the money will be put back on your card. Then I get a call from the little man saying he has to charge me $40 for something at least. $45 was taken off my card basically for nothing. Thank you for your service. Absolutely the friendliest customer service I’ve ever dealt with, they did a fantastic job and I’m really looking forward to the next time I get to deal with them. This company really cares about their customers needs.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED - This review is long overdue. I'm so thankful for the great service and the end product that was completed. I provided dimensions and a sample of a mirror that would be used for facedown recovery after eye surgery. They nailed it. Two additional benefits of having P&A do the work were a) they are located within a 15 minute drive of our home and b) FREE customer parking in downtown Hamilton. I can't say enough good things about this company. They did a rush job for me and did it beautifully. Then, they trimmed the piece for me at no charge even though it was to correct a mistake I had made in measuring.Plus, everyone there is so friendly and helpful. You couldn't find a better company to do business with.

5 stars all the way! What incredible customer service and turn around. Our company CFS Canada was in quite a pinch for several projects and Svenja jumped in and got all materials quoted and produced within our ridiculous deadlines we were given. Simply fantastic & phenomenal team over there.

Huge variety of plastics including pvc, abs, hdpe. Sheets, precut, tubing...Also sell skylights. Lots of parking off Walnut. Great customer service. Counter oerson is extremely knowlexgable and personable.

I have been a customer with P&A for a few years and it has been a real pleasure. All of my orders are always spot on and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Recently I called in a panic to place an order I needed right away for a customer of mine. As I had predicted, the shop was very busy already with a backlog of other orders. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I was told to come right in. They understood that sometimes things happen, and that they would process the order right away. I have to say that there are very few companies left that are will to make exceptions for their customers like that and it is the reason I will be happy to be a customer for many years to come. I used P&A for the first time to repair a plexiglass,the customer service was absolutely the best service I ever got in such a long time thanks P& A team and most importantly thanks much to Svenja Brandt,she went the more than extra mile to make sure I get the part in timely... They made my display that I built 25 years ago look perfect. They bent the bevelled corners of the plastic flawlessly crisp and straight. And I think the mall for everything they’ve done and reassembly of the plastic and they’re friendly and gracious attitudes . I thank you again for all your work and reassembly of the sheet in the frame.
